A second move, or one asked for inside the final day, is measured on the notice scale exactly as a cancellation sent at that moment would be. Cancelling outright follows the same scale and nothing else: more than twenty-four hours ahead the whole deposit comes back, inside the final day while she has not yet left half is kept as fee already earned, and once she is on her way the whole deposit is kept. If the hour is taken by somebody else it is repaid in full, and if you can show the loss was smaller than the share kept, only that smaller share is kept. The room, the cases and the forty to sixty minutes

Arrival is forty to sixty minutes to any central Amsterdam address, counted from the moment the hour is agreed rather than from the first message. That figure holds in every central district and does not move with the time of day. What does vary is the room, and a pre-cruise room is usually in a particular state: two large cases open on the floor and clear space only on one side of the bed. One therapist is untroubled by that. Two need floor on both sides, so if the packing has already started, shut one case before she arrives or say so in the thread and the arrangement is adjusted in advance.
